Latre' A. Peeples, MBA
Executive Manager, Key Personnel

Ms. Peeples started Dynamic Network with the simple idea to build long lasting relationships. Since establishing the company in 2008, she has based the company's integrity on her passion for excellence, fairness, and ethical conduct that produces results that exceed its clients’ expectations.

Ms. Peeples is a motivated, personable business professional with multiple college degrees.  The Atlanta native is an alumni of Clark Atlanta University and the University of Phoenix, majoring in Math and Business. She has a talent for quickly adapting with the latest trends in technology and social media. She is always diplomatic and tactful when working with business owners, key decision makers as well as self-employed professionals; as it is her purpose to begin a relationship that can be beneficial to all parties involved. She is flexible, versatile and able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure; always poised and competent, she has demonstrated the ability to transcend cultural differences. She thrives in deadline-driven situations and high pressure environments and is known to be a self-starter and effective team player.

Her background began in hospitality and customer service. Working for different restaurants, both dine-in and fast food started her on her journey into business. These experiences combined with her entrepreneurial spirit gave her what she needed to begin to find ways to help established small business owners and self-employed professionals market their businesses and bring more exposure to their art or craft. She demonstrated her talent for marketing and promotions while she provided marketing plans and coordinated promotional events for business owners she had formed relationships with.

In 2013, Ms.  Peeples began working in security and quickly became interested in government contracting. Working for a small security firm gave her the room to explore this area of business in even more depth. In 2015, she was responsible for writing the technical part and compiling the necessary documents for an established firm that was participating as a minority partner in a joint venture for security services at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (H-JAIA). The following year, she wrote, coordinated, and packaged security bid proposals for DeKalb County's Housing Authority and the DeKalb County Board of Health. With mastering the federal procurement system underway , Ms. Peeples has completed the Construction Business Management Institute's Courses for preparing bids and managing construction projects at the H-JAIA and was recently certified as a Business Contracting Professional through the WEOP organization.
