Strategy Sessions are 2 hour face-to-face meetings designed to give business owners and entrepreneurs a snapshot of how well their businesses are established. The session will cover 4 areas: Discovery - what's already in place? What's needed? Goal Setting - What do you want to do with this gift/talent/know-how? What plans do you have for your business? Recommendations - Identify areas for improvement and what else is needed to obtain your business goals. Creating an Action Plan - Discuss how you will get to the next phase of doing business. Outline the next steps to take. Provide information that will you get to those next steps. Recommend and/or refer a resource, class, or event to attend or meet with that is relative to your business or industry.

All sessions are non refundable, we can only reschedule. Additional hours depends on scheduling blocks at $32.50/hr.
